Anglers and visitors are requested not to park in the back street leading down to the pond anybody doing so will be asked to leave the lake there is ample secure parking next to the pond which is coverd by CCTV. VISITORS to the lake must not enter the fishing perimeters, or take photographs without the owner’s permission Tea coffee & beverages and a microwave are available on arrival snacks & sandwiches are made to order, there are also toilet facilities on site Please use rubbish bins provided and leave the pegs tidy for the next user, don't leave any discarded cast lying it is dangerous All anglers must sign in and purchase a fishing ticket before proceeding to the fishing lake, and have the nesscarry environmental licence which is YOUR responsibility, we also request you to sign out and record any catches you may have had. All children under 16 years old must be accompanied by an adult and children under 16 years old must wear glasses while on the premises Only Barbless and debarbed hooks are allowed at all times with a single fly and no droppers, no worms maggots or power bait Only one rod per person you may have a second rod set up Only our landing nets are to be used on this lake and replaced into the sterilising tank when finished No dogs pets radios any kind of cameras stoves brollies bivies this rule is for the benefit of other anglers who come for peace and quiet There are some overhead power lines at the top of the pond so please ovoid casting in there vicinity At the moment parts of the lake site [bank sides grass verges recreation seats some of the paths are still having finishing work done to them] so be patient The site and surrounding area is covered by CCTV 24/7 and we will do our utmost to make sure yourself and your property are protected the best we can but we will not be held responsible for any ,injury, loss / theft or damage to property or persons. |
